Ordered chocolate brownie protien a couple weeks ago and still have not received my product. Called last week Monday was told they were out of stock in the product I ordered...why did I have to call to find this out??? So I ordered the smores and was told they would 2 day ship it. Another week has past and have not received anything. They don't answer emails and are very unprofessional. Will never order from them again!!

Unacceptable way to run a business --- I still haven't even received my order after 3 weeks. I received the "free" item- could care less about that, just send me what u paid $140.00 for. Most companies don't charge until the product has shipped- is this why you send the free item first? So you can say the order "shipped"? Anyway, this is my first time ordering and will definitely be the last. If this is such a "cutthroat" business, then straighten up and take care of your customers. People WANT to buy from you, so why keep giving them a reason not too with terrible service? Hopefully I get my order.....or my $140 back.

I havnt recieved my order, they sent me free water enhancer and not my protien whey. and i cant make complaint online cause it wont send.

I ordered 3 5lb tubs of protein. I received two initially. The email said be patient as they are coming in multiple packages. Third tub never came. Emailed customer service TWICE asking them where the third tub is, NO RESPONSE. Luckily I checked out using amazon pay. I called amazon and they said using amazon pay gives you purchase guarantee, so they sent me a link to file my complaint and it’s in the process of getting worked out. Still never heard from BPI Sports. Very disappointed.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Ordered a product that I later found out was out of stock, but was not aware of that until two unanswered emails. On the third I had to mention I would take it further than an email and finally got a reply. I paid for 3-6 day shopping and here I am two weeks later still without a product or refund. I would not recommend this company to anyone serious about lifting or in need of a product in a certain time frame. They really have a lot to tighten up if they want to be a competitor in the industry.

I tried to cancel my order thirty seconds after purchase as I didn't get prompted to put in a code to get a discount. I sent in the request immediately. No feedback. Sent in another request the next day. No response. Finally got a response saying they were going to review my request. Next communication was that the order had shipped. Sent another email to tell them I didn't want there product at all now. Its now been a week and a half and not only has no one contacted me but the order hasn't even gotten here. Horrible customer service. I doubt you call it service because they would have to actually engage with the customers. Never shop there again

With paying for shipping and planning on my product being here on time or within the window that i paid for shipping, my product did not come for over 2 weeks. i tried contacting customer service multiple times and no one returned my emails for 4 days. The twitter account was better, but after all of that, i called the corporate office and tried to figure out what was going on. The guy was nice but they said that everything back ordered and had to be waited on. They said they work with a third party that didn't relay information to them so they could relay to the customers. You guys either need to figure out how to keep customers in the loop, get rid of that third party, or find a way to contact your customers and let them know about what is going on. This is unacceptable and personally wish i could get a refund. Unacceptable. Could only imagine how other people feel.

I only received the free liquid aminos and it was delivered in an envelope with the contents of the liquid aminos all over the place, the plastic bottle sprung a leak, I had to throw in garbage. I am still waiting for my protein powered which never showed up and it’s been about 20 days. I’ve contacted BPI via the website so hopefully I’ll be receiving my vanilla protein powder, I really want to make Courtney Kings yummy Protein Ice Cream.
