All products are top shelf. The only complaint is it take about 4 days to process and ship out your order so if your getting close to running out order ahead

Very nice product

Great customer service in assisting me in answering my questions about the product I wanted to order. Took an extended amount of time from when I placed the order to receiving it, it was only one item and in stock. The other issue was when I started to use it, the wrong scooper was inside. Luckily I still had another jug to use that scooper.

Great products. Give me energy and helps me power through my workouts!

Bought the lean muscle box. Great taste and fantastic packaging. The portions are kind of small though. Also, please bring back the Baseball Tees with the "Be better, Be Stronger. BPI" logo. I would like to purchase a Baseball Tee with that motto, but you only have it on a T-shirt.

The only complaint is that the creatine is super sweet. I usually add more water than recommended to cut down on ththe sweetness. Or just chug it down before a workout.

Overall is good company with good products , the bad is the delay on getting my stuff takes 2 to 5 days sometimes so buying ahead of time is a must before u run out of the supplement

I thought the value for the product was fantastic. The time to ship out the products was a little slow but the products were still received in an appropriate time. I found it a little weird the products were wrapped in a blue tissue paper. It was a nice thoughtful gesture however I would have preferred better packaging (more bubble wrap) the box was a bit damaged and there was just a small wad of bubble wrap in the box. Otherwise the few small things I am nitpicking at the overall experience was wonderful.
