Ordered 2 x 5 lb protein with free liquid amino water enhancer. Got the water enhancer in few days but protein was never shipped. Sent several emails and no response. I finally had to file a claim with credit card company. Horrible company and service. Never again.

Still haven't received my order or an update. Reached out to them through their support website and never heard back. Called and was told item was backordered even though website shows it in stock.

BPI’s service is horrible. I ordered something 3 weeks ago and only received the free gift with purchase and not what I actually ordered. When I go to my order status, both items say shipped. I have tried contacting them multiple ways and have yet to hear back.
