BPI makes some solid supplements but this was my first time buying from them directly and probably the last. I feel I overpaid for shipping. It's been a week and I have yet to receive anything. For what I paid I would have imagined 2-3 day shipping was included. Guess not. And the waiting continues...

I am very excited to receive my order, but when and where is a mystery. I haven't been able to track my package(s) even when I click on the link to tracking. Basically sitting in the dark on whether I'm gonna receive my package soon.

Flavour is not mixed properly..

I received order confirmation email within 24 hrs of placing order, also stating would receive a 2nd email with tracing # when order was shipped. i never received the 2nd email. I had to customer service to find out the tracing # and if order was shipped.

If they were as ambitious to get the product out the door as they are to get a review they would be steps ahead of the competition. I got 2 requests to review the product before it even left their warehouse. If you plan on using the product order way ahead so you don't run out. I haven't even got to use the product yet! I ordered again and it's been 3 days and still hasn't shipped. At least GNC got it out the door the same day!

My box was damaged when it was delivered and half opened. Not sure if this has anything to do with BPI but other than the the products are great and were not damaged

Difficult time ordering online. Never got a confirmation at time of order that payment/order were accepted. Product then showed up in my mailbox without email confirmation or shipping info. Ordered a thermogenic fat burner. Would I order it again? Probably not. Didn't seem much of a difference. Hit a wall at around 230 pm each day and product was not to do this.

I enjoy BPI Sports' products. With that said; however, when I had an issue with the product it was very difficult to contact them. When I did eventually contact them, I was more or less told that I was incorrect and that is "how the product should be" despite the obvious issue at hand. I believe that their quality control measures, including making sure that the absorbent pads/blocks are placed in the product, need to be improved.
