Took 12 business days to come in when it said 3-6

I received an open container of protein. After submitting photos to the customer service department, I was assured a replacement was on the way. 20 days later and I still have no replacement and no response from the customer service department I have tried to contact 4 different times now.

Shipping is fast, customer service is bad when I called back to change the address of shipping. It took 3 weeks to get my supplements because they kept putting the old address instead of the new one

I’ve sent 2 emails about my order. I’m missing my creatine defined and nobody has responded to me.

I put an order in on Feb 7th and it is now Feb. 21 and I have yet to even receive a confirmation email of the product being shipped. Not a good first impression of ordering from this company.

My product was never delivered. I submitted 2 different tickets online and received no response.

I did not receive the item I purchased and I've contacted BPI multiple times but they still have not replied!

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered protein almost three weeks ago. Never got the tracking for over a week and a half, then called customer service and they told me they had a computer error and some orders got messed up with stock they had, no one ever contacted me about this until I called. They then said that the order was being over nighted the following day, this was a week ago and still haven’t got my items. Contacted customer service via email they did not answer my question but try to give me 20% off a future order (which is less than you can get on the website at anytime). Terrible customer service, never fixed any problems and haven’t received my protein yet and did nothing to compensate for my inconvenience
