Love BPI products but their customer service needs a major overhaul. Had an issue upon receipt of a product, contacted customer service via email as instructed and was given run around for 2 weeks on an exchange. Then returned item (for an exchange) and was billed again for same product, finally rectified after several failed email attempts, had to call directly to get it handled.

Roxy lean is different. When I first started taking the pills it says to eat without food, but the Niacin reacts terribly without food so it's hard to deal with all the side affects of the Niacin without food! I do need more time to give an honest opinion with results since I've only been using it for about a week.

The experience I have has with BPI as a company was excellent, easy ordering and delivery service. Wish I could say the same for the taste of the products. Two boxes of protein bars, couldn't even eat them, taste horrible compared to others in the market, same goes for the protein powder.

First! I was supprised receiveing my own work out programs schedules. Second! Supplements seems to work really well. But down side is that beginners doesn't know what to take and when. So, if you guys also make schedules for supplements witch one and when to take them also will make everything perfect!

Love the BPI products I purchased (1MR and the BCAA) but I ordered on a Sunday. I was told by a friend who is sponsored by BPI they typically ship within two days. It took them a day for "processing" and my product arrived on Friday instead of an acceptable-ish Wednesday. I then emailed customer service, and it's been two weeks and not a word. I'm bitter about the shipping because bodybuilding.com would do anything to get me my product, regardless of where it was shipping, in two days and generally better. BPI is good on price, good on product, bad on shipping and getting in touch with anyone. One more chance?

I usually like all of your flavorings for the BCAAs, however the cherry lime one I just received tastes like cough syrup! All of the other flavors I've tried taste exactly as the flavor says except this one! 😥 I guess I'll stick to the other ones!

I got the new Best Protein snickerdoodle flavor and it is very very thick. It taste decent with milk but it almost to thick to drink.Shipping was also slow. Took 2 days just to ship I am use to products shipping same day. Thanks
