The website offers a 30 dau satisfaction guarantee. Their idea of this is to offer an exchange. They didn't reply to my second email at all. So I'm stuck with a 5lb container of disguating protein powder and am out a significant amount of money. My advice, avoid and try BioTrust (low carb) or iFit (average carb) protein powders.

I never received my order. I filled out contact us form and they never got back to me. I called customer service and nothing. Terrible customer service. I still haven’t gotten refund. Never again.

Customer service did not do a very good job resolving my issue only responding to me after giving a poor review on their website and after telling me one thing then and it still has not been true.

Order was placed over 3 weeks ago. Called many times to sort where the package was and they ran out of stock and asked to send another flavor. Agreed but that was never sent as I found out from another call. At this point the want to send the original flavor but it’s been a week since that time as well. Customer service are nice people but it seems they are dealing with bad logistics.

Ordered ISO HD with 40% off coupon. Coupon was not applied and paid full price. Then called 4 separate times just to have someone submit the refund for my 40%. Wasn’t even given a 40% refund, only 30%. Now, nearly 20 days later I still have not had my refund put bank into my bank. Horrible experience being given lip service, will not order from your company again.

Unacceptable - bought the 7th of February 2 bottles of ISO from them and still have no news from them, even after 2 e-mails contacting them (couldn’t find another way to contact them). Today is the 22nd of Feb and there is no answer from them...

Would rate 0 if I could... Ordered a batch of 4 items. Received 2 batches with a total of 3 items. I've personally reached out to BPI myself over 4 times, and never got a response. After trying 5 times, a representatives responded with "We do not have your flavor in stock?". Why was I not notified? I replied asking for a different flavor to be shipped out... Over a week later.. nothing.. Emailed again .. NOTHING... I would never order from BPI again myself.
