They need to improve their shipping process seems very unorganized

I was not sent a shipping address and I do love bpi sports supps but the shipping is taking pretty long. Ordering from bodybuilding.com is much more convenient but they dont have the hiit amino acids so its a bummer.

I received an email stating that my order was shipped 10/25/16. It is now 11/8/16 and I have not yet received my order. I contacted UPS for an update on my package and they stated that I must contact BPI for an update. I've contacted BPI multiple times through email off their contact spot on webpage. I emailed them for an update on what the order status is and when to expect my order. I have yet to receive a response or my purchased product.

I recently reached out. To inform them that an items I order was the incorrect size. I received one email back asking for the order number. I returned the email but have yet to hear back from them on how they plan to correct the issue. Am very disappointed in the BPI customer service people. This level of service has me wanting to look at buying there product from in outside source rather then directly from them.

I wish i got more knowledge of the product.

Placed order, selected shipping different from billing. Yet when order completed, shipping same as billing, called same day asked to correct address agent said done. Yet order was still on wrong address. Customer service agents not concerned providing poor customer service.

got the review but didn't get the product yet. wish i could choose my type of delivery

Supposed to receive order by end of day 10/13 as of 10/14 Friday morning - no product.
