The fat burner makes you super jittery. Would like to find something that doesn't make you feel so jittery

Not as strong as a preworkout then I'm used too, especially for the price per serving. Honestly there1MR is a better preworkout

The product definitely have me energy for my workouts and pushed me to lift heavier weights than I normally do. I had a lot of side effects while taking BEST BCAA. I had constant headaches. I thought I wasn't drinking enough water but it wasn't that. I stopped taking BEST BCAA and my headaches went away. So pretty disappointed. Because of my experience with this product I was too scared to try the creatine that I bought.

Awful mixing protein I've tried multiple different proteins and this one by far is the worst. Mix ability is awful. Don't ever use with milk gets way to thick to drink. Taste wise way to gritty Also.

Shipping takes way longer and the package was miss sorted and delayed it longer. Have order 2 different times on the site and both times took forever to get. Have since been buying off Amazon and get it in 3 days tops free shipping

The ordering process wouldn't let me order for the first day. Then finally it worked the second day. I tried it because there was a promo code. This promo really wasn't a promo I found out. When at my local Walmart, their regular price is the same as this "promo" price. The 1M.R. Doesn't mix very well. It is gritty and leaves a bunch of gunk, no matter how much you shake it.

A. My order was delivered incomplete with 2 of 3 items missing. I understand mistakes happen. Not a huge deal. B. I go to BPI website to contact someone and the only option it gave me while using my phone was to send an email. I sent email on a Wednesday and did not receive a response until Thursday afternoon. The response stated that someone with loss prevention would contact me shortly. On Friday afternoon I sent a reply asking how long "shortly" would be. No one ever responded to that email. Monday rolls around and I call the customer service number left on the on the only email response I received. The gentleman I spoke with was very nice and took care of the issue immediately and said the rest of my order would be in the mail the next day and I have since received it. I completely understand that mistakes happen, but the rate at which my problem was addressed and taken care of was entirely too slow. I'm a first time customer and this wasn't a great first impression. Hopefully the quality of the products will keep me as a future customer.

New Whey Protein Formula...Very bad! My wife and I have been exclusive BPI customers for whey protein for several years; however, it is clear that their formula has changed (specifically for cookies and cream). The change is definitely for the worst. I am currently looking for new brands and will be going back to Dymatize and ON until I find an alternative.
