A company steals products and refuses to ship them to people. The same story happened to me. I sent them products worth more than $800 and verified my account with all my personal information. Despite these issues, the service has notable strengths, but addressing these concerns would greatly enhance the overall experience. I will look for an alternative that meets my needs until their services improve, and I truly hope they will.
