Great parts and great customer service A1 I bought the Box Four Groupset No adjustments needed out the Box Outstanding !!!

I've been looking at box for a while and finally had the chance to buy from them. It was an easy experience to buy the product and I'm eager for it to arrive.

Had an accident out on the trail that caused a major component to bend on my drivetrain. My chain continued to have issues for the rest of my ride. I reached out to Box for a warranty request (after I bent the product back into shape) and was told that it looked like it was in good shape and didn't merit a warranty. A testament to my craftsmanship, I know... I did purchase the parts outside of the standard channel, but after verifying that they were legitimate parts, I was told that I qualified for a crash related discount. There is no way that this is standard at other component manufacturers... Tomas serviced my claim and helped me afford the parts to get me back up and running. He also noticed that I was charged for shipping when I qualified for free shipping and made an update to my order. I'm planning on keeping the original parts just to have a spare in case something happens in the future. Easy 5 star recommendation... I'll be a lifelong customer if they continue to serve their clients the "old fashioned" way!!

Easy to find what I was looking for.

Switched from sram 11spd to box one 11spd, shifts are very sharp and crisp. So happy I chose your products! Had an issue with the shifter, apparently was an earlier design with some flaws. Was replaced with no problems, customer service is top notch. Will definitely buy from you guys on my next build, already referred 2 friends. Shout out to Tomas, thank you for everything !

I decided to upgrade the driveline on my old Santa Cruz Heckler. I installed box two and a absolute black 30t oval. Simply put wow. I am conquering climbs I used to struggle with. Installation was a breeze. I find myself not needing to multi shift as much with the extra wide 9. After my first few rides I will only run box going forward. Thank you for making the ride that much more enjoyable. Through all of this I am also surprising faster on segments.
