Product is great, love the style and looks of these. Have to say these are the best cranks I have ever owned and I’m very pleased. 10 stars if I could give 10.

fantastic shifter and chain. Due to stock issues with prime 9 items (please fix soon!) I had to purchase parts from multiple vendors.

Ships super fast and has most things in stock ready to go.

Box is our sponsor for our BMX team and we picked them out because of there outstanding quality in there racing parts. Thank you for your support, Rolando, Team manager.

I spoke with Tomas about the Box One Prime 9 groupset, he was absolutely fantastic in answering my technical questions and helping me out. I am excited to try the groupset out!

Always great Product. this was the second time i ordered a complete drivetrain prime 9 , first the box three and now the box four. Please note that i would suggest adding a few more links on the chain for the box 4 drivetrain as it tends to be too short when trying to run a front chainring 36t and adove.

The product was delivered in great condition as promised. I would have ordered an entire group set but it was unavailable. I am kinky asking Box to continue to make its 11 speed Box One parts available. Box out performs its big competitors.

Gold plate looks great. Delivered quickly within 3 days.
