Easy install and adjustment after watching the install videos posted on company website. First ride was smooth and loved the new 9 speed.

Good quality components. Good Shipping and packaging of products. The only thing is the product I ordered did not come with any manuals either safety, maintenance or installation. I know there are online guides but a paper manual would be nice. Other than that I am happy with their products. I definitely recommend this company.

I like the Box 2 number plate but the top Velcro straps are too short to go around the top bar with a pad in place. Top bar pads are needed on the track as is a number plate. Seeing as how they go together why not make the top strap another couple of inches longer. Easier for the owner to lop off what's not needed than to add on to it. It would have earned a 5+ with a longer strap. All in all a great product and I'll definitely order from them again

I loved the box 1 components, Overall, its an excellent product comparable to high end manufacturers with a lower price. I have used it for a week now, no issues. Shifts very smooth. The only issue I got was the chain, it had some issues, and hopefully It will get replaced.

Website works well. But on mobile couldn't figure out how to view my cart without adding another item and hitting the view and checkout button. Every thing else is great.

This is my first time trying out box components, going from a 3x8 to 1x9 drivetrain. I do not know much about Box Components, I have heard about them from sethbikehacks youtube channel is what drove me into trying out box components. If it was not for him I would have never given box a chance. I would give a few months trying out the box to see how it performs.

Product is awesome. The only reason I put for stars is because I had to pay for the shipping because I am in Canada and it is not clear on the website that free shipping is only for USA.
