At first I was skeptical about buying this. I purchased the Box 3 component setup for my 2009 Specialized Globe Vienna 2. Let me tell you, the whole package is a solid buy. I upgraded my hybrid to a 1x drivetrain. The shifting is smooth as butter. Switching through 9 gears with a 38t chainring is so easy. My hybrid is alive. I went with 11-46 cog rear cassette. Please don't hesitate to try it out. Keep up the great work Box Components Team.

The Box crew helped me out on an issue that technically wasn’t even their problem. Because of there help I purchased a new Box cassette, and officially switched my preferred bike components provider to Box. This type of service is almost unheard of now days. Thanks Box!

I love my new Prime 9 set up!! I got the 2/3 combo. My gear shifts up and down hill feel smooth and more significant. I find the gear I need much faster compared to the 12 speed I replaced and I’m digging it!
