I bought a replacement brake and cable and I was happy with the style of the compact. Wish it would have had as many end caps as plugs tho. Love the new brake pad pattern

How easy it is to find the parts you need

Everything was great! The representative was very helpful & responsive. My order was handled quickly & shipping was fast. The only thing that stopped me from giving you 5 stars was the fact that your system did not accept my credit card. After 3 tries,he finally asked me if I had PayPal. He sent me a link & I promptly paid it. That's the only glitch. I love Box Components & will proudly buy again.

Box Components is a great company that stands behind their products and customers. I was having problems with their new Prime 9 drivetrain. Their representatives took the time to help troubleshoot and replace the parts I needed to ensure it ran smoothly. I enjoy working with smaller companies that are passionate about their work and Box does not disappoint!

Great derailleur , could immediately tell a different when changing to this one. The only complain I have is my jockey wheels needed extra grease to stay quiet but other than that it was great. Would definitely get more components from here
