Box AgencyReviews of boxagency.co

Did a great job making custom boxes for an event we had! Very communicative and response with great quality product.

Amazing first experience! Got custom hangtags made. High quality, quick turnaround, and easy and real communication. Definitely will be making more custom products with Box Agency!

My main takeaway was the attention to detail in making sure that the colors that I wanted for my brand was correct, giving me the dye line to look at to approve before I even received the samples and then afterwards making sure everything that needed to be changed was changed. Luke and his team checked all the boxes in every adjustment that was needed. I checked all 100 of my pen boxes, because I knew that I was creating something very unique that was not on the market as yet and it was important to me how it looked how it felt it needed to scream luxury and that is exactly what I received. I am looking forward to seeing my business scale because now I have the right boxes to elevate my designs.

I had an amazing experience working with Box Agency from start to finish. The quality of the products exceeded my expectations — every bag was beautifully made with incredible attention to detail. What impressed me even more was the fast turnaround time they were able to deliver without compromising quality. A huge shoutout to Luke, who was professional, responsive, and genuinely wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. He made everything seamless and stress-free, and it’s clear he truly cares about both the customer experience and the final product. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out and would absolutely work with Box Agency again in the future. Highly recommend to anyone looking for beautiful products, great communication, and a reliable team!
