Disappointing and misleading
I have been a bowmar customer for over 4 years. While they used to offer tasty products with good customer service that has all changed. They are almost always out of stock, even for subscriptions. They dont notify you ahead of time. Often they take your money and then you have to wait for a refund as if they didnt know they were out of stock before they did that. They make it almost impossible to use your rewards on subscriptions. The customer service is awful. They lie until you threaten to cancel and then change the answer. They used to come in tubs. Then they switched to bags which was fine until the bags continued to get thinner and the seals tear and end up with bits of plastic in the product. Complaints aren't handled well and I don't think they care about the average person's business anymore. I canceled all my subscriptions and left almost 9,000 points in rewards. Its not worth the hassle or frustration. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.
