Just a rip off all they want is money do not trust them

I encourage you to carefully read the T&C's before playing on this horrific site. Recently they started paying in installments. There is only one clear desire here on their part. If they slow play what they pay you out, you will continue playing and eventually lose. Thus, mitigating their losses. After spending 10's of thousands of dollars, I stopped playing here because of this. The max used to be $2,000 and such is still listed on their website. However, they will only pay you out in pieces now and it won't be the full amount. Just do a quick search of the people who legitimately won large amounts and are getting $250/week for years. The last straw for me was when I got an email that they had given me a $20 "free chip". Big deal right? Compared to what I have invested over the years, $20 is a slap in the face. But what the heck. I started playing and was lucky enough to get my balance up to $800. I figured that was enough pressing my luck and requested a withdrawal. To none of my surprise, after waiting 7 days I get a lovely email from Mark (Finance). We all know who Mark is if you have ever played on BoVegas. He stated: Please kindly note that the recent payment has been rejected. Please note that you won with 20 free chip bonus. According to our Terms and Conditions, the maximum cash out of this free chip bonus is 3 times of the bonus amount. Hence, the maximum cash out of this bonus is $60. Rest of the winnings has been deducted. As per our terms and conditions minimum withdrawal amount is $100, therefore you have to deposit at least $40 on top of this free chip winnings in order to create withdrawal request for minimum allowed amount of $100. If you ever need any assistance, our friendly customer support representatives are available 24/7 on Live Chat. Thank you Mark for confirming what a terrible online casino you are and how deceptive and insincere you treat loyal customers. It's no wonder you rank #47 out of 47 websites. People see through this and eventually you will lose everyone. You can keep stealing money new players, but you will certainly lose anyone who takes online gambling serious. Again, read the T&C's very carefully and be prepared to be screwed.

Terrible Casino!! Ii made a jackpot of $512.84 two weeks ago. Until now they keep saying send documents.,, missing documents. When they took the deposit they don’t asked for too many things. In total is $555.09 in my account. They refuse to le me withdraw the money. Others casino automatically you says withdraw they send the money to your debit or credit card used. Why’s are they asking even for zip code of the branch where I opened my account.

Long payout However a pay is a pay If you have the patience to wait for withdrawals/kyc verifications you can play here +++ With a pending withdrawal you can still play - - - verifying takes long - - - Payout time could use improvement

This is by far the WORST online casino EVER. DO NOT PLAY HERE!!! I won off of a no deposit bonus, sent over documents immediately after making my account, they emailed back and said no they cant view until I am ready to withdraw. Well I met playthrough requirements and go to submit withdraw, nope. They said they need new documents now and even then I first had to deposit 25 to verify my account BEFORE THEY VIEW DOCUMENTS. The worst part is they ALL ARE PROGRAMMED TO SAY THE EXACT SAME THING!!! " Thank you for patience, please wait 3-5 business days." After about 2 weeks (literally, not even 5 business days, more like 10) I finally got approved. I felt relieved. SMH. BS! I kept checking, and still checking as under cashier withdrawal page it says BTC *WITHIN 7 DAYS. Low and behold, SURPRISE!! It is 7 BUSINESS DAYS! Okay so I wait more. Today is the 7th business day and yet NOTHING HAS CHANGED. NO ANSWER OTHER THAN THE PROGRAMMED RESPONSE OF "PLEASE BE PATIENT & WAIT!" Funny part is, I called the casino yesterday and was ENSURED by the on duty manager that my withdrawal would be processed today. NOPE! NOTHING!!! Its the run around and they all say the same thing. I tried to even ask for them to close my sccount and just refund my deposit, haha NOPE! Wait a few more days please. Even if we closed your account, you cant get your 25 back! If you want a GREAT Casino with immediate payouts go to YABBY CASINO, BRANGO, or CASINO EXTREME. or LIMITLESS CASINO, or BonusBlitz used to be instant as well however, they now have a 72hr wait. Which I will take that over this BS BOVEGAS is throwing around ANYDAY

My bank information was compromised after using it at this casino a couple of years ago. Beware.

I'm a frequent casino player and played in many of thems. BoVegas is a good one! I like their deposit options(you can use neteller) Still the best choice for me is sharkroulette (no player restricions) for playing european roulette (with one zero), and Mega Joker Slot (restricted locations).
