Ordered the Hurem ring with amethyst center stone . I have worn it a few times and one of the stones fell out already . No I am not wearing while working , cleaning or rigorous activity . The ring was not impressive to begin with . Looked poorly made . As it showed a few problem areas on the metal holding the round white stones and the inner shank of the ring has discoloration that is not tarnish relieved by a polishing cloth . Now I’m reading on reviews shipping costs are very high priced for returns . Very disappointed with this purchase especially for what it cost . Caveat Emptor when buying from this company .

Ordered a Red Aqeeq Ring on the 2nd of November and now it is the 9th of December and still have not received it. I contacted them multiple times on WhatsApp and Email but my Email is not going through to them and on Whatsapp they kept on saying that their production line was very busy. They can't keep on saying this through out the whole month. The first week is understandable but come on guys, it has been 1 month. If you can't send it, just tell me so I don't waste my time and money.

I got two turquoise rings silver is good but turquoise both are fake and are made up of resin on asking them on email they said to check them up with jewlers I showed gemstones to three top Canadian jewlers all said it’s not stone it’s a piece of plastic or resin which is coloured up blue. Price tag is huge but you should care your reputation as you certify that all your gemstones are natural however these are so low quality plastics and you know what if was in turkey I surely had cases up on you so that your company might be cealed i asked for returning item on return shipping cost more than 70$ and they cut 30$ for their free shipping so no sense of doing it I will never recoment these plastic pieces. Do you guys challenge for gemstones to be lab tested????

Boutique Ottoman has scammed and ripped me off. They sold me pure silver rings and neckless, but their gemstones were fake. The gemstones are synthetic and made in a lab, they are not genuine. First, I purchased a ring from them. When my ring arrived in a beautiful box with a metal brush, a piece of polishing cloth and the most eye-catching to earn my trust, there was a Certificate Card of Beautique Ottoman Jewelry company claiming the authenticity of the ring. I liked my ring's look and saw the silver ring had a stamp confirming it as being pure and its gemstone also looked beautiful and neat. I began trusting them to order more jewelry for my entire family, sisters, brother, and mother as gifts and on mother's day. Until one of the garnet ring's bezels came off, my mother felt it was too light, like a piece of plastic. I became very worried and suspicious because I had purchased over 2000 Canadian Dollars worth of jewelry up to that date from Beautique Ottoman. I showed the garnet, supposedly gemstone and the ring to a jeweller, and she advised getting an appraisal would clarify everything about the ring authentication. I paid an additional $85 for the appraisal, and the result came as follows: silver is pure, but the garnet is synthetic (FAKE) made in a lab. I contacted Beautique Ottoman via email and sent them the appraisal report. They quickly refund me for the two garnet rings. However, I demanded a complete refund in return for all their products back to them because I could not trust them anymore. Their sales manager, Jameel, replied that they would not refund me until you don't have appraisals for all of them. He reasoned that we must know what is wrong with them to refund you. When one of your products is fake, and your company cheated me, how can I be certain your company did not cheat me on the rest of my jewelry? He reasoned that it was only a mistake, but if you want a refund, then you have to get appraisals. Maybe, he was assuming that I was not going to do that because it is a cost expansive service. Unlike what he was thinking, I spent more money and got appraisals for their products. I did it because I was so embarrassed by my family. Among more than ten pieces of all their jewellery, only a couple were original as they promised. An appraisal showed one more synthetic gemstone. The rest have natural gemstones, which look very similar to the gemstone I selected on their website. However, they are not the same gemstone I ordered, and they sold them to me. For example, instead of using a genuine blue aqeeq (agate) that I purchased on one of my rings, the appraisal showed a piece of synthetic Lapis Lazuli was used. It looks very similar to blue agate to the eyes of an inexperienced gemstone buyer like me. Or, instead of using a bezel of Red Yamani Aqeeq on one of my other rings, the appraisal showed a different kind of aqeeq or agate was used that has a red feature and looks very similar to Red Yamani Aqeeq. I contacted Jameel, the sell manager and their customer services agent regarding this issue and the result of the appraisals. Jameel refused to accept the result of the appraisals and blamed the appraisal jewellers for not knowing how to do their job. I tried again to contact them to resolve these issues, but they never responded to me and ignored all my emails afterward. I also called them at their WhatsApp number many times, but no one picked up the phone. I should share my bitter experience with readers of how Beautique Ottoman scammed me. In addition, I am financially scammed and suffer from the pain of deception and depression for trusting this online jewelry company. I am also feeling shame for gifting fake gemstones to my family because I trusted this business. I feel sorry for myself and my family for trusting them. I hope no one else is going to suffer like me.

Bought two rings here, one with an “Amber” stone and one with 7 stones in it. The amber stone was very BAD and a silver polishing cloth did not work for the silver! Then the second ring came in and 2 of the stones were BROKEN.. in the end they agreed to me sending them back but the return costs are absurd!!! I DON’T RECOMMEND BUYING HERE!!!!!

I’ve returned the wrong sized ring to their provided address in turkey but now they saying the address was wrong, but I did double check the address with them. I couldn’t get a link to attach the photos here, so I can prove how they actually lie, worst service ever😡😡

Try adding a negative comment on a product and you will see that they will never approve it. My previous one was deleted. I have add one more 1star rating comment as I speak on this item "Raw Collection Hand Engraver Turquoise Ring" . If you don't see it then that proves my point. I had also asked them why don't you allow customers to upload actual product images but they paid no heed. The ring is decent but the stones being used are below par. And don't rely on the return policy too much. The return shipping fees will make it useless. Yes I was logged in when I commented. And if you don't allow non logged in users to leave a comment then why do you even allow them to comment in the first place ? In my case the issue was with the stone. So why should the customer be paying for the return shipping for the manufacturers fault ? You asked me to provide a report from some approved institute called "GIA" just to prove the stone is substandard. Do you really think individual customers have time and knowledge on how to get that ?

I ordered a agate stone ring on 15/01/2022, paying USD96, the item delivered within the set time and came in a wonderfully packed little box, only to see inside of it the ring came in two pieces. Stone came off its frame. Heart sunk at the sight of it but it gave me an opportunity to see the stone up close. It was not agate stone, not even any kind of stone. It was a hard plastic material, nicely cut to fit into the ring face frame. Realised I have been conned by this botique ottoman guys. I should have known better from the reviews on their web page, the hint I failed to notice, they got only 5star positive reviews posted there. There left not a single 4 star or 3 or 2, not even a review commenting a single discrepancy of any kind! All are 5 starts with praises of their supreme quality and genuineness. I guess being a con they wrote it all up by themselves and pulled it right. Mistake is mine not theirs. I should have been more careful. I am not angry but relieved that I didn't go for what I was originally planning on: buying one ring from each stones! Lesson learned and I am grateful to botique ottoman for being the cause. And do me a favor, don't come and reply with your "product return policy of 30 days and customer rep contacting you" and all. Save it for yourself.
