A godsend! We looked for months for a way to design a custom home in a reasonable time frame and budget. Nate offered exactly that. His streamlined process, with fantastic scheduling options, is top of the line. He offered outstanding skill, professionalism, clear communication and reliability which made for a fantastic process. We can't recommend his services highly enough.

Nate was amazing from beginning to end. The man has the patience of a saint.. because we were constantly revising. He was always prepared and on time and his work is absolutely beautiful and perfect! He really listens to what you’re saying. His services were worth every penny and I highly recommend.

We had BHD make custom home plans for us. We found our experience with Nate to be professional, exciting, and quick. If you know what home design and floor plan you desire Nate will get your plans completed in a professional manner that is performed in 3 phases. He turned-around each phase of design as fast as we could provide feedback. We highly recommend BHD for their plans avaialble for purchase or for custom home plans.

I have engaged several architects and engineers in the past. Working with Nate at Boutique Homes was effortless, and the result was excellent. Boutique home designs are tastefully done and with excellent use of luxury features when they count the most. Nate efficiently made extensive modifications to the floor plan, meeting my expectations. Nate is competent, creative, and efficient, saving his clients time and providing value. It is a pleasure to work with some so well suited to their chosen profession.

My wife and I had a great experience designing our new home. During the initial call, Nate listened carefully to our ideas/wants, and his first draft was great. During the follow-up calls, we were able to make minor changes on the fly. For the one or two more substantial changes, we received them back within a day or two each time. For us, the whole process took only about three weeks. Nate was very thoughtful in his designs and was quick with replies to our questions. Our builder was happy with the final plans and told us they were very thorough and clearly well-thought-out. We think this is a wonderful way to design the exact home you want. The price is also a big consideration, given how much it would cost to either hire an architect to draw up plans or to buy a generic plan from the internet and then still have to hire an architect to make changes. We highly recommend this service.

Nate was great to work with. We knew very specifically what we wanted for our house plan and wanted to get it drawn in a short period of time so we can start building. We had plans completed in weeks instead of months, and for much less than an architect.

Nate was amazing!! He was so easy to work with! Just made everything simple! Everything was done quickly but correctly!

Nate was awesome to work with. My wife and I already had a good idea of what we were looking for and he helped bring it to light very quickly, and professionally. Thanks so much!
