Excellent buying experience. Was kept informed of delivery information and received my beautiful bag within just over 3 weeks.It arrived beautifully packed with everything you could expect from a high end item. The bag itself is gorgeous - I am picky....it really is gorgeous. It smells just as it should - looks fabulous and I just can't wait to use it. I shall be buying more from this site......they are reliable and exceeded my expectations.

Finally got a the bag after some time but it's definitely worth it! The package was safely wrapped and unboxing the bag is such a treat. The package was completely down to the tee with a receipt, other documents and of course, the bag! The bag is just exquisite and it has that new leather smell. While it did take some time before arrival, the customer service was kind enough to update me :) Will definitely get a 2nd, 3rd.... nth bag.

Almost never replies back and I never received my order. USPS states it left shipping partner facility in Oceanside, NY. I live in Whitestone, NY 30 minutes away. I know for a fact that it does not take over 10 days to get something delivered in the SAME STATE. Opening a claim with my bank to stop payment.
