As mentioned there is no clarity in their advertising indicating being locked into a subscription. I have contacted the company directly before my product has even arrived and requested cancellation of any such hidden subscription. As well as a confirmation email regarding this matter. I will confirm no further payments to this company until I feel there is a level product claim and satisfaction is proven.
