Experience at hosting within 10 minutes
I had a terrible experience with Boundless Hosting. I attempted to make a purchase on their site, and instead of a smooth transaction, I was met with unnecessary complications. To my shock, they banned me from the site for simply trying to complete my purchase! When I reached out to customer service for clarification, I was met with hostility and unprofessional behavior. The representatives were rude and dismissive, making me feel bullied for just wanting to use their services. This is completely unacceptable, and I strongly advise against using Boundless Hosting. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your hosting needs.

Hello Hxte, I appreciate the feedback, but I must clarify that this review is not genuine. From our records, it appears you visited our website with ill intentions, attempting to find and exploit bugs in our system and misuse our free trial services. Additionally, you were using sketchy emails with the domain cia.ac, which further raises concerns about your intentions. Furthermore, after attempting to exploit these services, you proceeded to launch an attack on our website, which is not only unethical but also illegal. Your actions were aimed at disrupting our operations and harming our reputation, and they go against the principles of fair competition. Regarding your claim about contacting customer service, it is important to note that you were in a Discord call with me, during which you were screen sharing and creating this fake review. You were also launching shady applications during the call, further demonstrating your malicious intent. This was done despite the fact that you own a rival hosting company, making your motives clear. At Boundless Hosting, we strive to provide exceptional service and support to all our clients. We do not tolerate malicious behavior or attempts to undermine our business. We urge you to engage in fair competition and refrain from such actions in the future. Thank you.
