Jessica has been a wonderful representative with Boundless Book Publishers. Due to mistakes that I made I experienced some problems that Jessica recognized and has since walked me through via calls and emails what I need to change. Thank you, Jessica my family and I look, forward to my book especially the cover which Boundless Book Publishers enhanced greatly from what I sent.

This was the first time I published a book to digital and online publishing. I didn’t have the first clue of what to do, but the Boundless company guided me every step of the way. There were things I hadn’t anticipated from copyright to genre and promotion. I thought they would get tired of my constant questions. I only spoke with one person through the whole process and Amy never failed to answer my phone calls regardless of the time of day I called. Whenever I missed her I received a quick call back. Her patience was extremely commendable. All glitches were corrected and every hurdle was handled in a professional manner. To see the book up and live is a testament the work of the editors, graphic team and especially the courteous contact person, Amy.

I wrote a children's book but was totally unaware of what I needed to do to get it published and marketed. Amy has held my hand through this process and kept her word on everything she said she would do. It has cost more money than I expected but I see it as investing in myself and my dream. She has been there for me with every concern I've had with this process but has always remained calm and understanding.
