I purchased the chase pants, 31/30. Absolutely awesome pants. I’m 160 lbs 5’10. The pants did stretch out with wear, almost a whole waist size. But they’re very well thought out and designed. Don’t be afraid to size down, they’ll stretch to your body. Awesome pants.

I ordered the Errant pack at 4 January 2020. Before buying I ask support "Can I get my order to 18 Feb (Birthday)" and they say "Yes, you will get your tracking number in 1 day after paying". But no, they send it to me only at 23 January. Today 29 January I got my Errant. Shipping was from USA to Czech Republic. I want to say Errant pack is really good quality bag. They have some issues with delivering, but their bags are really good. Sorry for my bad English, it's not my native language.

I need to split my review into two parts: first part is about the product itself, second part about the customer service of boundary supply. Part 1 - The Errant Backpack: Arround one month ago I ordered an Errant Backpack with an Aux Compartment from Boundary Supply. The materials of the bag has a great feeling, looks awesome and the compartment section is well thought. I used it as an everyday bag to go for work as well as on business trips. It can easily hold all my stuff and still has some space for ad-hoc carry things. Additionally, I purchased the Aux compartment, for longer trips or just to use the aux compartment as a slim carry for wallet, headphones etc. It can be attached on the bag, which is awesome. One thing which I especially like to highlight is, that Boundary Supply really takes care about using environmental materials for the products, as well as alternative packing materials for the shipment. Very much appreciated! If I only would give feedback for the products, I would give a 5-Star rating. But.. Part 2 - Customer Service: The customer service of boundary supply is okaish, but there is definitely space for improvement. But let me start in the beginning: I ordered the bag and didn't got any shipment information. Therefore, after three days I contacted the support team. Here I didn't got a reply for one week, which is super strange... In the meantime, after 1 Week I got all my products. I didn't expected that, as I didn't got any shipment information. But all in all the delivery time is quite good, as the goods needed to be delivered from America to Germany. Therefore, as written in the title: great products, with some shortcomings in service quality. I will definitely observe what other product the company will invent.

I researched a few different bags but settled on the Errant for a few different reasons. - price point - compared to similar bags, was a bit less cost-prohibitive - features - so many features - size - wanted EDC but something I could use as my personal item when traveling. To date - I really love this bag. On a recent trip with the bag fairly full, it still slid easily under the seat in front of me, and when that easy access to the laptop sleeve and top much I could easily get at items I wanted for the flight (earbuds, mints, tablet, phone, etc.). I love the pass-through hole for charging on the commuter pouch as well and used that a lot. My only cons with the bag are I wish the top sleeve (that is built for the photo cube) closed all the way as that would have been a nice extra secret pocket. Most reviews I saw it came with a key ring, but I think this may have been specific to the Kickstarter, but I was a bit disappointed when I didn't get it. Also, the magnet for the laptop seems unnecessary and sometimes its a pain to get at my laptop. Those are REALLY MINOR things and I love it as day to day. I should also note, I don't really use the shoe compartment, but on my flight that's where I put small liquids I was taking with me - and it was perfect for that. Great bag, happy with my purchase!
