Very good product but very long for the shipping

Good and innovative bags, very nicely built. My only complain is during my last purchase, one of the item (in stock when ordered) that I have purchased (the key ring) was not shipped because....not in stock. Being located in Europe, the shipping costs reorder this key ring is nearly as much expensive as the key ring itself.

Love the product and had great service. After using it for over 8 months the only thing I would change is to give (the prima system bag which I bought) more depth. Every single day I'm zipping it up with it packed to the max and having to leave stuff at home. It's not the end of the world having to leave these stuff but I do find myself later in the day wish I had it. To put into context, I workout in the gym 4-5 days a week along with 4-5 days of BJJ, on top of that having my laptop and hard drives on me for remote work. If the prime system backpack had more depth, I wouldn't be remotely interested in trying other bags or need to use my gym bag for those heavy load days.

Love the concept and the style, just wish the camera bag that comes with the prima back system would have a little more padding for accident drops. Other then that, I think it’s ok the bags should come with some water resistance. I bought the bag when the kickstarted first came out and was bummed to find out I needed to buy the water cover for maximum protection against the elements
