Great pants, they are five star all the way, love the pockets and the durability and versatility these pants can be worn for just about anything. Customer service on the other hand... first of all it wasn't exactly clear that these were pre-order, so after 2 weeks of not hearing anything I emailed to see why they haven't shipped and this took several attempts to reach them through email and text until I got an answer and then it took 6 months to get them I'm not sure if I'd be willing to wait that long again.

The delivery was smooth, even abroad.

Great product. But the shipping was delayed and I got no response when I requested an updated timeframe for delivery.

Great Product! Wife wants me to buy another pair. But, long lead-times so won’t sink money into product that I don’t receive in a timely manner. Again pants are top-notch in every respect!

The product itself is absolutely great, but poor packing.

Everything seems great, minus the top latch magnet clips that came loose almost instantly. They were either not screwed in well or are a faulty deaign. Time will tell.

Thanks for this wonderful backpack. After a really long search I finally found a backpack that meets all my expectations... for me the almost perfect backpack. The only thing that could be improved for me is the distance between the straps. This would have to be either adjustable for me or basically larger. When riding a bike, the backpack quickly becomes uncomfortable.
