Ordered my Chase Denim Pants almost exactly a year ago, and they finally showed up yesterday. I wear a 32/30 in every other pant I own, and according to the size guide on the website, that was supposed to be what would fit. I ordered the "slim fit" in a 32/30. What I received would be much better described as a "skinny jean", and as far as the size was concerned, they wouldn't even fit my nephew who has a size 30 waist. I am extremely disappointed in this whole situation, and regret purchasing these $130 pants.

I pre-ordered a pair of pants in Oct 2019, it's Dec 2020 and I still have not received them. Communication with Boundry is very poor. I have asked many times and they always give an updated date just a couple of months away. When that date comes they just extend it more. This while seeing MANY advertisements online to "pre-order pants today". It seems they just keep advertising to new unsuspecting customers. Maybe it's a big pyramid scheme where the sale of one item funds the next. HA. I've all but given up on my $120 pair of pants.

I still haven't received my item that I ordered. This has been one of my worst experience. Understand that pandemic impacted your supply chain, but lack of adherence to your commitment was rather disappointing. You sent me a tracking number which hasn't changed in the last 10days.

Not shipped yet for weeks!

In did not receive my order up to now your support team give me wrong data regarding my order (GE870123854US) dated 10th of Dec.2020, up to now i did not receive my order and according to the tracking No (2772185006)sent by your supporting team my order still in your warehouse up to now. pls find attached screen shoot for time line events after my order confirmed 10.Dec.2020, - supporting Team send me email 19.Dec.2020 "Tracking No Email from Boundary Supply" contained tracking No & tracking Link - the tracking No & link on DHL say only information received no pickup - on 24.Dec.2020 your supporting Team Sent "unknown" tracking Screen shoot that my Shipment picked up - on 26.12.2020 DHL team sent email to confirm that only information and no shipment received from Boundary supply.

Frankly, your customer service is terrible. i ordered my bag over three weeks ago and still haven’t received it. I will not be ordering any further items from boundary and will spread the word to others to not do the same. EDIT: in light of your response, this is exactly what my original comment was about. i am fully aware that it is going to arrive at my home before christmas, however, i am nowhere near it and was forced to not have a bag as i traveled for the holidays. abysmal.

Une très mauvaise expérience !! J’ai attendu 6 mois pour un premier pantalon pour lequel le transporteur m’a demandé des frais de transport et de douanes et 1 an et demi pour la fin de la commande que l’on m’envoie à une adresse où je n’habite plus et on me répond que celui qui le recevra sera content !! Ils ont vraiment beaucoup d’humour dans cette société et moi je me suis fait avoir.

Haven’t received the product yet and shipping took about 11 days after I ordered with no communication
