I ordered my Prima System bag on Sunday March 8th. I have picked it up today at the FedEx delivery point here in Calgary, Alberta, (Canada) It’s also fair to mention that I went through the order via email with a very helpful representative from the company (Lauderic- amazing assistance, thanks man!) on Sunday evening. It was late Sunday night when I placed my order, and Boundary Systems had a FEDEX tracking number for me by Wednesday afternoon. I had one inquiry and then Lindsey stepped up to help me. ( Others mentioned her amazing help and I couldn’t agree more. She is great!) So delivery was amazing, especially considering I’m ordering from Canada. The bag itself is amazing. You can really see and feel the quality of the materials and how thoughtfully this bag was planned out. When I was ordering, I was actually leaning towards the X-PAC version (different material), or the brown version of the standard Prima bag. When Lauderic was helping me, he was very clear as to what they had available in stock, (The Stone grey version of the Prima which is what I ended up getting) In the end, I’m very happy with the colour as well. I liked the black colour and the brown version but I was pleasantly surprised with how much I like the grey version. Anyways, I’m a super happy customer and couldn’t be more impressed by the service and quality of product. I think, when you’re in the process of ordering, if you can get some confirmation from one of their team as to the availability on hand of what you are looking for, that can really help. Hey! I know people had been giving bad reviews for this company. I know I’m new to buying backpacks but I recently bought the Prima system and it’s all decked out! People are saying they had bad reputation for shipping and getting the customer their supplies? Well guess what! Not this guy! I was helped out by a customer rep named Linsey! She was awesome talking to me! She did take my needs in regards to receiving my product! Like I said this company is going somewhere! My friends had their bags from this company too, and they had great service from them! Overall this company is great and fulfill every customers needs they are able to!

Exceptional product, and exceptional customer service. I ordered an Errant backpack, it was delivered on time and exceeded my expectations. Then, when I had an issue of my own doing months later, they went above and beyond and QUICKLY helped me out without cost to me! Impressive for a product I only spent a little over a hundred bucks for. Highly recommend!

I love my boundary backpacks. I have 2 of them and use one every day for work and a daypack, the other I use when I travel. They are so durable and fit everything I need. Also, I love all the compartments they have which makes it easy to stay organized. Highly recommended to everyone!

I spend quite a bit of time travelling for work and I’d been searching for the perfect backpack that works for travelling, hiking, and motor biking. After reading numerous backpack reviews for a wide variety of brands, everything I wanted in a backpack pointed straight to the Prima Modular System and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. There’s a lot of flack for the company regarding shipping. Fortunately, I had no issue at all. In fact, given my location (NZ), the pack arrived much sooner than I expected! The other great bonus was the cost of the bag (especially, for the awesome quality and features). The low cost of the pack meant that it fell well below the duty threshold, meaning I didn’t have to pay any import fees! This pack is perfect for me. The materials are sturdy and resilient (not to mention, sustainably sourced). The design is well thought out and makes it so handy to access my camera, my laptop, and other accessories on the go. I even used the camera bag on its own (with detachable hipstrap) as a handy shoulder bag for a lighter option when I went sightseeing. You’d be hard pressed to find a backpack that does so well at ticking all the boxes.
