Have purchased the following from boundary - the errant pack - port kitt - CB-1 photo insert - Mk-2 camera case all the items are of great quality except for the Mk-2 camera case which the padded separators are too thin and are not as advertised on the site.

Amazing customer service and fast shipping. Lots of shipping options Not too expensive prices and great discounts. Great discounts if you signup to their email newsletter and vip program. Can also get free stuff by becoming a affiliate and brand partner. During boxing day and other holidays they have deep discounts plus fall events

(See edited part below) I've been trying to register on their website for two days using multiple devices and I couldn't because of a technical problem on their website. I reached out to them using live chat and emails and still, they haven't responded to me yet. I was considering the Errant pack but now I've lost my interest in it because of the unfortunate customer service. I really can't risk it and order a backpack with this high price (even though it is of high quality as I was told) knowing that I might be stranded with no customer service to help me in the case of any problem. EDIT: I was contacted by the customer service shortly after this review. By this time, I had already figured out the problem myself. Truth to be told, they were helpful as I had questions regarding the delivery which was answered quickly and professionally. I received the backpack recently and it was as expected, of high quality and good looking. Let’s see how it will wear out with time.

We definitely are always working to improve. Currently, we're in the process of restructuring how our team operates in the hopes that we can regain the trust of many customers.

The build quality is fenomenal and the bag feels sterdy and durable. The one problem is the camera compartment that floats in the middle without any support from the bottom (i just put a hard case below but it could be way better). Hope that there will be a better compartment that will fit the prima system in the future (the mk-1 is too big for me and the mk-2 does not fit prima...)

Thanks for the feedback and support! We are working to launch a Prima 3.0 sometime in 2021, so please stay tuned!
