I like the the bags, the design and the features, if they eventually arrive. I had to contact customer service several times until I had all my stuff. Pants still missing (I know Covid19) but still missing. I started losing track on what I ordered.

There are not enough items in stock so that you cannot always get everything with an order. I'm still waiting for my pants. It's been almost a year since I ordered them. A year!! Even with Corona, that's not excusable. I have more than one Boundary product and I love it. Of course it's not perfect. The Prima System and the MK-1 camera in particular are not really useful. There are better solutions from other manufacturers. But I like the quality and implementation of the products. Despite all the delivery problems, I would like to buy more products in the future.

i am a errant user and i have mk2, cb1, port kit and aux. As the size of errant size is not large enough, using the module part will fill the space of errant part. For example, using mk2 camera bag will use up all the space in bottom part and i cannot put things easily in side part, like a water bottle or tripod. using cb1 will use up the upper part so it cannot easily to assess bottom part things. if you just use cb1 only, it cannot stand on floor as all the weight at upper part with camera. aux component is my most favorite module as it doesnt waste any inner space. it can fit with my port kit (there are two part in port kit. Smaller with colorful one can fit the cb 1 magnet lock and larger with black color can but it in bottom of the bag of inside aux. Moreover, there a large problem on some of the component. CB1 and MK2 have very well protection and quite heavy and also can use it stand alone. I don't think potable is a good direction of these component as the shape and colour are not nice and the strap is not comfortable for bring these component. if we cancel the design for using stand alone. it can design it as lighter and more volume by removing the heavy and space wasting protection part. as you may know, errant is not very light. i hope errant will have a 2.0 version that can have a side quick access like prima so and also a mk3 camera part with mk2 size but it can side access like mk1 with errant 2.0. the side part that can put water bottle or tripod may redesign it for using more outer space so that it cannot affected by mk2/mk3 camera bag.

Good backpack but should be designed in much better way for this money.

If I could give minus stars, they would get it. This is the worst China web shop scam. They will keep ignoring you and when they reply, you need to start over explaining your order status etc. and then back to being ignored. IT IS A SCAM AND A RIP OFF. Update July 2020. After many emails; The products are now finally confirmed on the way again. I hope to receive my order now and write this off as a mistake from boundary’s side.

I have a prima - great bag, actually love it but have had it a year now and the zipper has broken. Boundary supply haven’t responded to 3 emails over the course of 2 months even though it has a lifetime warranty. The original order took nearly a year as well and I won’t be placing further orders as there is a lack of trust in this business. I would highly recommend that you purchase from another company based on the service you will inevitably get. Update: zipper sorted. Thanks.

Update: 3 stars (March 2020) They did a full refund and redeemed themselves. I’m happy they eventually did the right thing. Thank you. I placed my order in Oct 2019. Shipping time was 1-2 months. Then in December 2019, 1-2 months again. Now in March 2020, 1-2 months. 6 months have passed. It's all lies. Don't buy from them.
