I have ordered a few things from Boundary Supply. For everything I have ordered, I have recieved exceptional customer service. Just makes me happier to support them, and their products are top notch.

I bought the Prima a couple years ago and it's still my favorite. In this model Boundary has designed the most functional, durable and adaptable pack I've ever had. Every aspect of the design is well conceived and must have been field tested, as it's really easy to use. Whether I'm traveling, and need a weekender piece of luggage, or if I'm on an urban adventure and require my laptop and/or photography gear, this backpack will get it done... and in style! Also I like the value: it feels like the materials, zippers, clasps and pockets are engineered to last a lifetime. I couldn't be happier. I also recently purchased a black Errant for my business needs. But even though it's a smaller more elegant and sleek pack, it's still constructed with the same attention to detail and quality. I'm definitely a believer.

I ordered my Errant from Germany and I had some questions regarding customs. The support team was very helpful and responded quickly. Besides that, the backpack was sent even earlier than expected which was even better. I'm very happy with my backpack and I hope it'll last a long time.
