I was part of the Kickstarter for Chase pants. After not recieving my pants for 1,5 Years I tried contacting them. Guess what, because the pants were too difficult to make they stopped making them. And they also stated that since there are no refunds for Kickstarter I wouldn't get my money back. So all in all I just got scammed. Don't believe their lies. Never buy here.

New update: I had posted a review to website, confirmed it thru email and went back to check if they replied and guess what its gone!!! Do not trust this company I dont have anything good or bad to say about there products because I haven’t received it yet! I ordered a bag in early February, the website said you will receive in march, then it said April and then they told me it would come in June I check in with them again and now they say august. Honestly for the price of the bag I almost expect it be delivered in person! I cant see them lasting very long as company…..I mean they have people reviewing the bags on there website how is this possible?? If they were on preorder when i ordered it! The reviews have to be fake. I start searching around and I am not the only they have done like this. It’s starting to feel like i being scammed or punk’d.

I am not happy with the rift pack, after 2 months of wear the material looks like it going to tear apart. I ve send an email to the customer service and this is the reply. Hello Adi, Thanks for reaching out! Thanks for the photos. Unfortunately, we would deem this as normal wear and tear, especially seeing as how this does not affect the functionality of the bag and is purely aesthetic. We would not be able to replace this under our warranty, my apologies here. Thanks for your support of Boundary! Stay safe out there! Best, Tyler Bloomquist This is the third time I ve backed your products and this is the way treatment i ve received, i find it rude. I am very disappointed on how you deal with your old customer and also disappointed about the riftIt s my last time backing you!

I have not received my package and I have no information where it is located.

Wow. That's such a flippant reply from Boundary. No explanation given. No effort to improve their delivery systems or customer service. It's like the delay wasn't their problem. I was hoping for something more sincere.

Received the wrong item. Their solution for their mistake, is that I pay the shipping to return something I didn't buy.

I ordered a backpack and lots of accessories on the 29 of january. I received a parcel on the 1 of february and was very happy about the incredibly quick shipping. Unfortunately the most important item, the backpack was missing. I immediately contacted the support team and they told me that they will ship the backpack separately and that it would take longer because of a different way of shipment. So the long wait begun. On the 1 of march I finally received the backpack and I questioned the support team why it was not shipped the same express way as all the accessories. The answer was that they don't have control over international shipping. But why was the first shipment so super fast? And the second one took over 3 weeks? I still don't understand how they can treat customers like that.

Very disappointed in handling the order. A lot of promises before it was fulfilled. If something happens like this, should offer at least any freebies to satisfy your customers.
