Boundary SupplyReviews of boundarysupply.com

I've had this bag (The Prima X-Pac) for about six months and in that time I have had zero complaints. As a camera bag it's almost perfect. I run a single body/single lens setup (GH5 with 12-60mm kit), and the verge case fits that thing perfectly, with the top compartment for spare batteries, cables, tools and memory cards, it makes my daily carry incredibly efficient. On top of that, the weather sealing and durability on the X-Pac model has been great. I have suffered zero leaks, tears or scuffs with this material, and even after moderate use it still looks sharp. I've taken this bag everywhere and I plan to continue doing so until it fails or I do.

Shipping is so cheap and fast. Also I like the packaging.

I got the Prima System backpack, with the MK-2 camera case. Honestly it’s the best bag that I’ve ever owned. I shoot photography and it’s been great to access the camera and all my accessories. I love how much thought they spent on this backpack. It was well worth the price! I’m Very satisfied!

I love this company from the bags they produce to their excellent customer service, couldn’t be more happier with them

Boundary supply hands down has the best craftsmanship and materials on the market. I love my pack goes on every adventure with plenty of storage and compartments to keep things separate. Their pants are the most comfortable pants I have ever worn and look forward to purchasing many more! If you want quality that will last don’t waste anytime looking anywhere else.

I bring my Boundries backpack everywhere with me!! It’s perfect for hiking, biking, and doing work/ studies. It’s the perfect backpack. The design is so innovative and sleek

Boundary backpacks are super durable. I have the XPac Errant backpack in black and my brother bought the same one in gray after he saw mine. Highly recommend.

My initial experience with Boundary Supply was a weird one. One day a package arrived at my door with their Errant pack inside it. I then got an email asking me to return it or they’d charge me for it. Here’s the thing... I never ordered it. I told them I’d be happy to return it, it wasn’t mine anyway. I was asked to ship it then they’d reimburse me. Which let’s be honest is kind of lame. They’re putting me out and they want me to front the money for a return and an error on their part? Needless to say it gets worked out. A few months later the same thing happens with a product I’ve never even looked at. On a YouTube video I wrote my experience down in the comments and the Co-Founder of Boundary Supply replied to comment in complete disbelief and asked if he could call me to figure out what was going on. We talked and he asked every question I had and the questions I had on behalf of others. He invited me to Boundary Supply HQ because I live in the same city. He was incredibly gracious of his time and again answered all the tough questions I posed of him. They had completely revamped the customer service and were truly concerned about my experience and that really spoke volumes as to their intentions as a company to take care of their people. Now on to the bags. Because they made such a good impression on me, I purchased a Prima System with a Large Camera Cube (I believe the MK. And It is HANDS DOWN. The best pack I’ve ever owned. It’s damn near bombproof and the MK 1 is the most versatile and padded (safe) camera cube I’ve used. It’s actually more than just a camera cube it’s its own pack. But I freaking love the Prima. I loved it so much and the quality of the products that Boundary Supply make that I backed the Arris and bought the Errant as a day pack. I’ve recommended them to friends and clients. You can’t go wrong with Boundary Supply Bags. - BT.
