Great product- Prima System, XPac. Responsive customer service team. They did have significant delivery issues and delivered my product quite late, but were very helpful and offered me a refund instead, which I’m very glad I didn’t take.

Extremely helpful and understanding, had some issues with back ordering and supply, but that just shows how much demand their products deserve.

My order was answered pretty quickly. After I think two weeks i received my backpack. I'm using it every day and didn't regret my decision. It's more on the heavy side, but goodlooking, the magnetic straps are very useful, the whole design and layout works well for me.
