All the purchases I’ve made are beyond excellent all have fully satisfied my expectations. While expensive the errant is a supremely good bag, I’ve gone camping, traveling, and studying all within the same bag and it has features for all scenarios. Furthermore I’ve been complimented on the bag in each of these settings proving the stylistic versatility. The only disappointment I hold is that the coupons they send are for new consumers not loyal ones.

Admittedly, we had a rough start when the delivery of my Errant pack was severely delayed due to supply chain issues while I kept getting marketing emails to buy more products. But customer service always replied promptly to my requests, and in the end they came through and I received my backpack with all extras as ordered. I haven't had a chance to give it a hard on-the-overland-bus-in-the-luggage-hold test but so far I'm extremely happy with the quality and the functionality. I hope we will have many happy years together.

The bag is really good , and I like it , but the material quality was not bad just under the expectations , and I expect I will get holding strap to carry the bag on my shoulder , unfortunately I didn’t get the strap, other than that the MK2 was really nice.
