Hi guys. Thanks for the beautiful bag. After an extensive research into bags, I found the website from Chase Reeves and watched approximately 10 hours of videos of different bags. In my list the Prima System from Boundary Supply came out with the highest points. I haven't used the bag yet because I bought it for myself for christmas. Ordering through the website was easy and I was surprised how quick the bag was delivered from the US to Germany. I am looking forward to more bags from Boundary Supply.

I'm very please with the quality of the backpack. It's much nicer in person than in the pictures. Service was pretty fast and accurate. Packaging was amazing.

I’ve been on a quest to find a perfect backpack for me. Errant is the perfect modular backpack. It allows me to customize my everyday load. I love it! I hope Arris system will be the same for my trips next year. Will definitely order as soon as it available, maybe even in preorder;)

Had a minor customs issue with shipping which was sorted quickly and very generously. I have now been happily using my errant pack for a few weeks and I love it. The quality of construction is great and it carries all I need and more very securely. There is a place for everything and the magnetic closures are very cool. Very happy and satisfied with not only the product but also the customer service. Will certainly be buying from them again.
