Ordered a pair of pants in November 2019, from their website (not a kickstarter campaign). It is September 2020, and while I understand the pandemic, they could be more forthcoming and proactive with updates on the status of my order. I have to email every month, and every month I hear that by "middle of next month" I'd get a notification of shipment. And still I haven't received it. I must've done something wrong or gotten on their wrong side, because other reviewers seem to have received their pants within a window of 2-4 months. I also ordered their towel. It is fine. For the price I was expecting better quality than Matador's travel and packable towels.

Let’s make a bag that has all of these accessories that we can overcharge for and really squeeze every dime we can out of customers! Especially upcharge a key chain for $20 bucks that cost us a maximum of $5 to make.... Oh yea and we will doop customers into trying out products for 14 days for “free” but charge them for the bag before the trial is even up.... Wait we will also be sooo slow that it takes weeks to get a bag shipped and impossible to get ahold of. Great business model

All of our products are produced with sustainably produced materials that are much more expensive. These products are marked up less than the majority of brands as we sell direct to offer a better value to our customers. In your example for instance just the machined aluminum hardware piece is more expensive than your proposed $5.00 so I hope that helps shed some light on our model and how we strive to deliver higher quality sustainable products that are still affordable. Waited so long to receive my order but unfortunately it was delivered to my address (Aramex business address) with missing informations, I didn’t received any updates. Aramex could not recognize the owner of the shipment due to the missing information, and they disposed of the shipment Tried to contact Boundray Supply but they were not helpful

I am still waiting to receive my chase pants since November last year (2019) and we are in September (2020). So for the moment, I am not happy! The good point, Customer Service is friendly but I am still waiting. I could change the rate only when I will receive the Chase pant in Black...

The process was awful, the payment process was a pain in the @$# and after that when I wanted to change something in my order they canceled and I had to make a new one and the same card that I used last time was canceled.

I ordered 9 items and received 7 of them wrong. I contacted them and they sent me 1 of each of my original items but not the rest. They have not responded to my email and I'm out over$100, and the items I didn't want, don't even work like they said they should
