Love my new bag but shipping did take a while

I have purchased several items from Boundary Supply. Overall is good e.g., quality of product, shipping arrangement, and email correspondence.

Outstanding products, good customer support. You reviewers complaint a lot, yes they've made promises they shouldn't have made in terms of time. But we were backing a project and I understand that they are learning. I hope they do better in the future about making promises they can't fulfill. I might try buying those new pants, but this time once I'm totally sure that they will send them in less than a month. Most people take time to complaing but too little to give a good feedback if deserved, that's why I'm here, my backpack took a long time also to be here but I got it.
