The struggle is real
Love the product! It is a great bag... Hate the struggle that I had to go through until getting the wrong bag (they sent me the wrong colour). Boundary supply was unable to ship me the product directly to Brazil as they said they would, even after multiple attempts. In the end had to exchange multiple emails with staff, find an US address by myself, and pay for a third party to ship the product. And they sent me a gray backpack instead of the black one that I had ordered. GREAT BAG BUT DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE STRUGGLE.

A year on have not recieved by my prima…
A year on have not recieved by my prima system yet . It’s a joke the customer service guyshave been helpfull . But the situation is poor . Only part of order recieved .

The worst experience I have ever had…
The worst experience I have ever had with a company. In October of 2019 I placed an order for the Chase Pants, there was no clear indicator that the purchase was a preorder. At the time there was a tiny asterisk. I found that out by asking. Delivery date was set for November 2019, then December 2019, then January 2020... and so on. I was never emailed about any delays, I had to reach out every time for an update. I asked for a refund every time and was denied. Finally in September of 2020 I asked for another update because I still hadn't received the pants that I ordered a year before and they said that it was still waiting to be manufactured. I think the representative saw all my communication and felt bad because they finally offered the refund that I asked for. I don't know how a company can advertise and sell products when they still haven't delivered on other products.

No Preorders
Do not believe their shipping time-frames on pre order. This company is awful on that. Originally said December ship date but did not ship until June.

Really poor.
Took 6.5 months for my delivery to arrive (outside of Kickstarter times) then the order was wrong. Only received 50% of the order. Then had to prove their mistake to them before they sent out another bag.

Took way too long to receive my pack…
Took way too long to receive my pack via Kickstarter. On top of that, boundary came out with better models right after the Kickstarter project, which is a bummer.
