Crystal found the solution to our problem and was excellent. The problem is that it took multiple weeks and a handful of techs until we finally got to Crystal who ACTUALLY fixed our issue. Hire more people like Crystal, get better initial programmers, don't over-promise and under-deliver on your Point of Sale. We'll be done with PoSNation and BottlePoS soon.

When fixing one issue, you see other settings getting effected. It’s constantly happening. You use you cell phone it’s not updating all the time with your POS terminal all the time. Sorry to say but it’s frustrating sometimes.

When I first signed up they were fantastic. Now there seems to be a lot of glitches that require resets. Also, the amount a of time it takes to reach tech support often delays business and/or results in loss of sales. The screen will often freeze during a credit card transaction and can not be re-ran. Sometimes tech support will also ask you to try to resolve the issue on your own.

Overall, I'm ok. I've had situations where the technician has difficulty resolving a simple issue. I suggest having knowledgeable people to help your customers resolve issues. My assigned technician or engineer knows his job and I prefer dealing with him when I call.

Data transfer was not smooth at all. They did transfer the data but either they missing the supplier name or it doesn’t scan with new pos. Lot of work straightening all the the inventory. I mean there should be some easier way after spending the money on updating the pos system.

Thank for writing a review and sorry to hear about your experience on the data transfer. We do try our best to clean up the data before importing from your previous system, however in this case if previous system added letters to actual UPC it does present a challenge importing the data and make it real UPC again (i.e. bad data in , bad data out). We will have our implementation team reach out to you to see if any additional clean up that can be done to help with your transition.
