Sirjarrette George is my go to guy for all my POS questions and concerns with immediate responses. He has been the perfect person to help me through my transition from previous pos system and hardware... Highly recommended...

I had an excellent experience working with my implementation specialist, SirJarrette. He was engaging, patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly understanding throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer my questions thoroughly, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and never made me feel rushed. His professionalism and knowledge made the implementation process much smoother and less overwhelming. I truly appreciated his patience, positive attitude, and willingness to make sure I felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. He was a pleasure to work with and an excellent representation of the company. Highly recommend!

in immense emergency i had called POS Nation and I had the opportunity to speak to Mr Saumil Shah and I had best customer service experience. Mr Saumil Shah is very Knowledgeable and ready to help. It would have not been possible to achieve the data without his help. We are always ready to complain but this time i would be more than happy to appreciate help and support from Mr Shah. He deserves promotion.

Peyton was by far the best customer service rep I dealt with at bottle pos. If you’re lucky enough to have him, you’re in good hands. I can’t honestly say that for everyone esp after 5pm. Peyton is 11 stars out of 10
