BottlecappsReviews of bottlecapps.com

We have had the privilege of working with BottleCapps for more than a year now, and I must say that their proficiency in offering branding, web development, and advertising services for liquor stores is truly commendable. Their dedication to perfection and meticulousness have significantly contributed to the success of our business. One individual who deserves special recognition is Jadis Crowley. Throughout our journey with BottleCapps, Jadis has consistently offered exceptional support and guidance. Her extensive knowledge and experience in the industry have been invaluable in helping us navigate the complexities of online liquor store branding and development. BottleCapps' services have helped us establish a strong and recognizable identity for my liquor store. Their team has consistently delivered outstanding results, and they truly understand the importance of creating a unique brand that stands out in a competitive market. Great company. I’ve had a great experience every time I’ve had any issues. As much as I hate reaching out for tech support, Anand has always addressed my concerns.

I’ve been with using Bottlecapps for over 5 years now at 2 of my locations and I’ve recommended them to many other liquor stores as the company to use for building their e-commerce platforms. They’ve made my website and app and I couldn’t be happier. Curtis and John have been a huge part to the successful years I’ve had in business and i’m grateful I found Bottlecapps many years back. If you own/operate a liquor store I would highly recommend using Bottlecapps for all your app and website needs.

Our experience so far has been great with BottleCapps team. Our team leader Braden is awesome and Jadis with the marketing team is icing on the cake. Both are intuiative, energetic, forward thinking and has ideas up their sleeves all the time! I would recommend them to anyone at anytime!!!

They were quick to handle updating our product catalog and helpful in making adjustments as we needed.

Bottlecapps has been extremely great to work with. They are professional, are quick to respond to an inquiry, and always follow up to.

As an importer and brand owner, over the years I have worked with every drink e-commerce platform available in the USA. Bottlecapps is clearly the most professional and easiest company with which to work. From my initial inquiry to customer service to working with the development team the following day, I have nothing but praise for this company. The platform looks great and is very easy to use. I've heard only positive reviews from the retailers that work with them and many negative reviews about every one of their competitors. They go above and beyond to get everything handled perfectly. I'm extremely impressed and look forward to watching them develop in this space as I continue to work with this excellent company.

We started with BOTTLECAPPS for our web app and delivery business in 2018. They were one of the first and the best companies in the market in the ecommerce delivery business. Recently, I was approached by Randy Stiles and a company called CITY HIVE to change over to them for the ecommerce business. The terms were very nice and Randy was really persistent that I should work with him as they had better technology and better rates. Well, after the first week with CITY HIVE, I realized the terms were NOT what Randy Stiles presented and besides the monthly fee there was a backdoor percentage commission on the gross sales that was not disclosed at time of the présentation. I just believed what Randy had told to me and I was totally surprised by this clause. After emailing Randy he just said I can cancel anytime so i DID. Furthermore, I realized that the sales tax rate on the was not correct as well. After sending multiple emails to support and Randy Stiles they were able to correct the rate after four long days. Sorry, CITY HIVE, you failed in sales and service. I am back with BOTTLECAPPS.
