Dear Mr. Caracciola, We are so sorry to hear that you patches did not stay on the intended amount of time! We actually recommend placing the patches on the inner wrist where there is thinner skin, lots of blood vessels and typically less hair and perspiration. We also suggest not getting it wet for at least 10 hours. If it does fall off it can be re-applied and secured with first aid or sports tape. The manufacturer uses all natural adhesives (as we require) so that can effect the staying power.
