Discover card is very good about customer complaints. I don't ask for refunds often. They were provided "tracking" information from SP Botane, so they officially closed the inquiry. Seeing all these reviews I am going to reopen in with some of these reviews. This is not an accidental mis-ship, this is consistent fraud by this company

This is nothing but a scam. The product is at best a skin-irritator. By ordering 1 piece you are automatically signed up for a subscription. Stay clear.

Avoid this company. My order never arrived, and despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue, I have not received a refund. Customer service was unhelpful and failed to provide any satisfactory solution. Paying for a product that never turns up and then being ignored is completely unacceptable. Awful service from start to finish. I would not recommend Botane to anyone.

This is an absolutely aweful product. I left the 'foam' on my sac for the maximum recommended time, also about as much as I could stand the burning sensation. 🔥 Then I proceeded to remove the product and hopefully the hair, but to my shock and dismay, every last hair was still there, intact and staring me in the face. After persevering the burn of this stuff on my balls, there was absolutely no difference! Apart from my skin being red and itchy. What a total waste of time and money. I immediately threw all 3 bottles straight into the bin, where it belongs. Don't waste your money buying this fake product!

Don’t ever use their products. They don’t work. It’s pure scams, and a waste of money and time!
