I used to love this place
I used to love this place, something has gone wrong with the service and quality of food overall. Hire nicer people who care.

We went to Boston Market Saturday
We went to Boston Market Saturday. I can't believe it was horrible. This is the first time we've ever had bad food in years. The potatoes weren't real they were instant. Macaroni and cheese was watered down and just awful. I was there a few months back the food has always been great. They said stuffing is seasonal Saturday at last visit. I can assure you I have had stuffing there back last time and it wasn't Thanksgiving. I won't be going to the Saugus, RT, Broadway location again anytime soon. What a shame they used to be phenomenal.
