All thumbs up service, quality and delivery on point.

Nice products good shopping and shopping love them so much

I live in another state and have sometimes needed to order by phone or had a question. The staff have always been truly amazing and helpful and kind to me. I recently had a dear friend pass away and emailed them, being too distraught to even navigate the web site (which btw is very easy to use). I explained what had happened, and I guess my email reflected my sorrow. All I remember saying is Death sucks. I didn't expect an answer for a day or two. Instead, they emailed me back right away and were so kind. It meant a lot to me. I'm 63 years old, not savvy about all the new products. All I can say is, the customer support is phenomenal. They've been good to me and they'll be good to you too.
