Boston Express CabReviews of bostonexpresscab.com

Umar was great with communication and handled a last minute pick up in the middle of the night perfectly. Highly recommend and will book again. Thank you

We have used Boston Express Cab several times and have always been impressed. Their communication prior to arrival is excellent, and they consistently arrive ahead of the scheduled pick-up times. The drivers and cars are always immaculate, and the drivers are both polite and courteous. Drivers texted me all direction for pick up location. It was so easy to get them .I highly recommend Boston Express Cab

Omar was an excellent driver. He did a round-trip transfer to Logan for me and my family. He did an extra stop on the way to pick up my parents in law and brought a car seat for my toddler. He waited for us when our flight was delayed by 2 hours on the return. He was very professional and extremely responsive via text and answered all questions fast. The fare is expensive but worth it the service received. Thank you.

Omar picked up my mom and daughter to take them to a birthday party. He brought the car seat and secured my daughter safely in it. He waited for over two hours and picked them back up promptly, and drove them home safely. The whole process went very smoothly and seamlessly. I highly recommend Omar to anyone looking for a ride.

Overcharged ($83) for ride from Brighton to Logan. Felt like it may have been due to pet. No special services - bag assistance at destination. Metro Cab ($45) for same service, transport distance and duration.

All drivers have provided an excellent service over the past two years. The communication has been very responsive and professional as well as efficient and always on time. I can’t thank Boston Express Cab enough for providing a safe and trustworthy service when traveling on business and family trips. Cars are always in excellent condition and everything runs smoothly from beginning to end. I wouldn’t use another company because we are so well taken care of. Thank you and see you again soon.

Best transportation service in Boston MA.I’ve had a really good experience with Boston Express Cab. Md khan was my driver, he was very nice and communicative. Driver contacted me in advance so I had their number and felt reassured they’d be there on time. It’s a bit expensive but you know the price in advance, the cars are brand new and the service is great !
