I bought a chair and it was broken right out of the box. They won't take it back and refund my order. Do not do business on this site. Buyer Beware!!!

A relative sent me an item that I wanted to return and have her money refunded. After one month, many emails, and a promise of a refund, NO REFUND. Customer service just keeps referring to their "partner," whom I gather imports Chinese goods and sells them through this retailer. What kind of business has no refund policy, unless that is clearly stated? They also overcharged for the item. These people are crooks. Buyer beware!
