Dear Joyce, We truly appreciate this honest review! It makes our day to hear that you noticed the eco-friendly packaging. We work hard to make sure our unboxing experience respects the planet just as much as the product does. Regarding the chrome finish, it can sometimes pick up warm undertones (almost like a whisper of rose gold) depending on the light or the batch. We’re glad you don't mind this unique touch! Thank you for being part of our journey. Wishing you a beautiful 2026, Kate D. co-CEO @bosilunlife

Dear Aygun, "It feels good to buy something eco-friendly" - honestly, reading that sentence is the highlight of our week! We started BosilunLife to prove that you don't have to sacrifice elegance to be kind to the planet, so we are thrilled that the recycled clay quality resonated with you. We also love that you are using it for both fresh and dried botanicals; it’s designed to be a versatile piece that evolves with your home through the seasons. Thank you for the high recommendation & wishing you a beautiful 2026, Kate D. co-CEO @bosilunlife

Dear Liv, We put our recycled clay through a rigorous high-temperature firing process specifically to ensure that "eco-friendly" doesn't mean "fragile." We believe that true sustainability it's also about creating pieces that last. We're so happy to hear that the quality shines through in the final product.
